Movement Matters on Thursday mornings
and FitStix on Thursday Nights!

While Lifeway's primary purpose and calling is to minister to the eternal souls of mankind, we also recognize that our souls reside in physical bodies that require maintenance and care. Because of this, we have launched the Empower U ministry. Empower U's intent is to focus on improving the health of our bodies, empowering us to live stronger, more productive lives while experiencing fellowship and fun. All classes are coed (with the exception of Zumba which is for ladies only) and are family friendly for ages 10 & up. (Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult). The cost is $2 per person per class, or multiple-class punch cards are available: 12 classes for $20. All classes are filled with family appropriate, upbeat music and taught by certified instructors! Don't forget your water and a yoga mat for each of the classes.

If you're looking for a way to gradually BUILD your endurance and strength, BUILD CIRCUIT is for you! BUILD CIRCUIT involves basic exercises in circuit order that allow individuals to progress at their own rate while enjoying upbeat and uplifting music with new friends!

A blend of stretching, timed cardio and strength exercises, and yoga movement. All done in a fun group setting. Each exercise allows for individual modifications to EMPOWER you to be the best you can be!

Immerse yourself in the music while getting a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, yoga and pilates-inspired movement and your own body weight. It's designed for all fitness levels and is easily modifiable just for YOU!

It's one fun and awesome workout! Dance to great music, surrounded by great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. No coordination or dance experience required, just have fun and let the music move you!
