The Vision
In keeping with our mission to create Spirit-Led worship experiences, share Christ's love, and send Christ-followers out to impact their communities and beyond, we understand that we must have facilities which enable these things to happen. About 3 years ago, it became very apparent during our All-Church functions like the Thanksgiving Dinner and our Wednesday night ministries that our facilities were no longer sufficient to meet our needs. Thus began a journey of prayer, discussion, seeking counsel and considering options to address this issue. After seeing the Lord bring our hearts into unison, open the doors and make provision for this new facility, we stand united and in great anticipation as we watch the next chapter of the Lifeway story unfold.
Our new facility has added a full size gymnasium, large kitchen, much needed classroom space, additional bathrooms, storage areas, garage and additional parking. Come and see what the Lord is doing at Lifeway Wesleyan Church!

The Project
The Process & Finished Product
Site work began on this project mid-June. It was extensive and extremely slow thanks to our very wet summer and surprisingly sandy soil. Finally, on September 17th, the concrete slab was poured for the building housing our new classrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. From that point on, the construction was quick and steady. The building was completed and we were able to occupy it right before Christmas. The classrooms, new youth room and kitchen were quickly set up and put into use. The gym floor was laid out and installed by a determined band of Lifeway volunteers! The entire building was in full use by January 13, 2016 and the formal dedication was January 24, 2016. What a great start to our celebration of 50 years as a church! We are looking forward to seeing what the Lord has in store for our church and our community in the next 50 years!
